Just finished Chapter 4. I liked the Question What do I think about myself? Made me think about myself when I first got back home from Iraq and until now. I like the story about the Israelites and how they were ungrateful, made me think about myself. When I get around certain people I do not control my tongue, and I need to do better. Negative self-talk and stinky thinky is bad for you and my high power doesn’t want me to think that way. I also like the way you book breaks down the books in Bible and I know where to go to find help with problems in thought we’re impossible to figure out.
